The Wedding Singer-

Hello peeps

so- we are in full swing of the wedding singer- so far so good- but i have to say the songs are well and truly stuck in my head!!!!!! if only I could sing in tune
I thought I would show you the large wedding cake completed- it is used twice in the show so it is dressed differently for the two separate weddings.

The Wedding Singer- Spa Theatre Company 2011

Me again- I am involved in the November production of the Wedding Singer at the Spa Theatre Leamington Spa- As always I have drafted in my ever so handy Dad to help me construct their huge wedding cake- this particular cake stands at 1 m tall!
As you can see the cake isn't quite finished- but it will be soon- painted and covered in garish 1980's style decoration!!

Painted bunny

Hello peeps- you may have seen my sculpt of the ware-rabbit in my portfolio - and it has bit sitting alone unpainted for months -
so now you can see that he is newly painted and I decided to go for an original paintwork idea I had and decided a clown face would work well.

Wee Thomas- we miss you!

The lieutenant of inishmore is now over after a successful run- I hope all those who came to see the Glorious gore had lots of fun- you may recognize this wee fellow- I had so much fun on this play- thanks to all who made it what it was- fantastic!!

Ok so in the Lieutenant of Inishmore there is a need for a lot of blood! and some of this blood needs to be fired- I needed to create some sort of blood gun that could be fired when a gun was shot at something- be it a human head or a cat. In this short video you can see myself and my dad try firstly a fire extinguisher and secondly a garden spray pump-

Lieutenant of Inishmore continued

Hello all as you are aware I have been involved with the loft theatre and its current production of the Lieutenant of Inishmore directed by the fabulous Gordon Vallins- amazing cast and crew to work with. A Glorious gore fest of a play, one defiantly worth a see and when I am down in the program as 'special props' how could you not! see below what i have been busy creating over the past few weeks- not for the faint hearted!
